PERSONAL STATEMENT:

I am a trans-formative educational leader who emphasizes a 'No Excuses' approach to teaching, learning, and leadership.  I believe that ALL students can learn, achieve and succeed; thus, I work diligently on their behalf to ensure that they do.  I also possess a visionary aptitude, and am a dynamic, goal-oriented and results driven educator. By implementing a team approach to leadership, as well as building upon lasting relationships,  I have experienced demonstrated  success in much of my time as an educational leader and look forward to continued work in leadership with a team that shares in my vision  for an equitable and socially just work environment for all educators, and education for all students.
